Community Programs

Intensive Case Management- This program links a client with an individual case manager who is assigned to help them negotiate everyday living, so they are better able to focus on treatment.  A case manager helps arrange employment, medical assistance, housing and any other issues of daily living with which a client may need help.

Shelter Plus Care- This program provides assistance to eligible clients to assist with living arrangements.  Hope House Staff help to find suitable and safe housing.  The State provides necessary security deposits and provides some financial support until a client is able to get on their feet.
